Simply, mix together about 2 teaspoons of the MA+IGP with about 1 teaspoon of saline solution or purified water. Experiment and find out what consistency works best for your preferences; moist enough to spread onto your skin but dry enough to keep from dripping off. The consistency of eggnog or a milkshake seems to work best. Apply the mixture to clean, dry skin every day, allowing it to dry for 20 minutes. Rinse off afterwards. Repeat daily for 30 days. You have to mix this together immediately before applying each day. You cannot save any for the next day or premix a batch for the week. The proteins will die and you won’t see the results you’re looking for.
